1.Ordering Online

1.1 Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

We recommend that you set up an account to place your order, but it is not mandatory. However, if you set up an account, you can easily track your order and save your details for quicker checkouts in the future.

1.2 How will I know if you received my order?

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation to your registered email address. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact our customer care team.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

2.1 Where do you ship to?

We deliver worldwide. At the checkout page, you will be able to choose your shipping country.

2.2 Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details with tracking number. Once you receive this information, you can check the current status of your shipment.

2.3 How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After receiving your order, it will take 1-2 working days to process. Once the shipment has been dispatched, it will take 1-5 days depending on the country of destination.

2.4 Is my package insured?

All UDIO Fashion shipments are insured during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

2.5 Do I need to pay Duties and Tax for international shipments?

For all orders shipping outside of the EU, import and duty taxes may apply. Customs policies vary from country to country and we do not have any control over them. If you are required to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by the shipping service. For more details, please contact your local customs office.

2.6 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once the order has been received, we’re unable to change the shipping address from our side.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1 What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are accepted. When paying with Paypal, you will be directed to the Paypal page to “Log in” to authorize the payment.

3.2 In which currency will I be charged?

Your purchase will be charged in Euros.

4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

4.1 How do I return or exchange an item?

You have 14 days upon the receipt of your order to request to return or exchange your item(s). Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and the items must be dispatched within 14 days. Your refund will be issued within 7 working days upon reception of your return.

All Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, with original tags attached in original packaging. If your returned item is in used condition, we will not accept your return and deliver it back to your original shipping address.

4.2 I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

In case you received a faulty product, please contact our customer care team within 14 days.

4.3 When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received in its original condition, your refund will be issued within 14 days upon reception of your return to your original payment method.
